Our Story
This is when it all began. Philibert Jacquet established a family bakery located 92 rue Richelieu in the beautiful city of Paris.
This year was memorable. P. Jacquet received a special award at the Universal Exposition for his invention of the “Pain Grillé”.
Milcamps company based in Belgium starts producing traditional waffles.
Knives disappeared! Jacquet discovered Sliced bread concept in the U.K and decided to introduce it in France.
Creation of the first “French buns”.
Jacquet joined Limagrain a cooperative group founded and directed by farmers.
Creation of an exclusive and patented crustless bread.
Jacquet went to meet the brazilians and built a factory in Brazil.
Jacquet set off on the US adventure in New York! 🙂
