  • What Shipping Methods Are Available?

    Jacquet Bakery ships via Fedex, UPS or USPS Delivery. Jacquet Bakery ships only in the USA, Alaska, and Hawaii and doesn’t ship to Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes or Canada.

  • What are the shipment's fees?

    Under $25 order, the shipment’s fees will be $10 for NewYork State and $12 for the others in regular shipment except the West of the country (zone 5) : regular shipment will be $19.

    Up to $25 order, Jacquet Bakery will offer the shipment’s fee.

    For 1-2 business days and under $25, the shipment will cost $20 everywhere except the west region: it will cost $25

    For 1 express business day (overnight), the shipment will cost :

  • How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

    Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders are shipped using Fedex, UPS, USPS delivery and typically arrive in one (1) to five (5) business days.

  • What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

    Jacquet Bakery accepts the following payment:
    – Paypal
    – MasterCard,
    – Visa
    When you are charged: generally, credit cards are not charged until we have shipped the item(s) to you.

  • Is Buying On-Line Safe?

    Yes, as Jacquet Bakery only uses a credited online service provider to handle the process of your orders.

Orders and returns

  • How do I place an Order?

    When you are done shopping, click “Checkout” to place your order. All of the items in your shopping bag appear in your order during checkout. If you don’t want to order all of the items, simply delete the items you do not want to buy anymore in your shopping bag. During checkout, you will be asked to enter the following:
    – Your email address and password
    – The address you would like to ship to (We do not ship to Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes or Canada)
    – Your payment information, card type, number and expiration date
    You will have a chance to verify the information in checkout and, if no changes are necessary, proceed to “Checkout”. You will receive a confirmation e-mail that your order has been received within 24 hours of business day. We will also send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped and that we’ve charged your credit card. You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.

  • How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

    After placing your order, you get 2 hours in business days to change it or to cancel it by contacting us by e-mail: info@jacquetbakery.com

  • Do I need an account to place an order?

    You can create an account if you want to register your data: in this case, it will be easier for the next order as all your data will be already registred.

  • How Can I Return a Product?

    All Jacquet Bakery items are final sale. If an item arrives damaged or spoiled, our Customer Service team will work with you to determine an appropriate solution.

  • What happend if i don't receive my ordered package?

    Carriers typically make 3 delivery attempts before the product is returned to Jacquet Bakery. We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.
