  • 3 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1/3 cup balsamic glaze
  • whipped cream

Preparation

  1. Slice strawberries and place in a medium bowl with sugar.
  2. Heat crepes in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
  3. Lay one crepe open on each plate.
  4. Top with strawberries and their juices.
  5. Fold crepes into fourths.
  6. Drizzle balsamic syrup over the top.
  7. Finish with a dollop of whipped cream.
