4 Jacquet Plain French Crêpes
- 2 pints strawberries
- 3 Tablespoons sugar
- 1/3 cup balsamic glaze
- whipped cream

Preparation
- Slice strawberries and place in a medium bowl with sugar.
- Heat crepes in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
- Lay one crepe open on each plate.
- Top with strawberries and their juices.
- Fold crepes into fourths.
- Drizzle balsamic syrup over the top.
- Finish with a dollop of whipped cream.
