- 2 oranges divided into segments
- 1 cup chocolate sauce
- small bunch of fresh mint

Preparation
- Heat crepes in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
- Lay one crepe open on each plate.
- Top with orange slices and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
- Fold crepes into fourths.
- Drizzle more chocolate sauce on top and scatter with mint leaves.
