  1. Heat crepes in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
  2. Lay one crepe open on each plate.
  3. Top with orange slices and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
  4. Fold crepes into fourths.
  5. Drizzle more chocolate sauce on top and scatter with mint leaves.
